SYRIAN MOLOKHIA

Molokhia is traditional dish famous Levante area, Molokhia has many impressive health benefits, including the ability to regulate digestion, protect the immune system, improve blood pressure among others.


Ingredients:

- Al Douri Molokhia (250 g)

- 1 kg chicken breast

- 1 cup of chicken broth

- Minced garlic

- Salt, pepper, cumin, coriander and cardamom

- Laurel leaves

- Dried lemon

- Lemon juice


Preparation:

- Put the chicken in cooking pot until it boils.

- Add spices and stir well

- Add oil to frying pan

- Then add Molokhia (Souk Molokhia in water then dry it before cooking)

- Stir well then take it out

- Add oil, then garlic and Molokhia

- Add lemon juice and chicken broth

- Put Molokhia in serving plate and scatter nuts on top

- Enjoy
