MOHALABIA

Mohalabia with blossom water and dried apricot.

 

Ingredients:

- 500ml milk

- 4 tablespoon of sugar powder

- 200g dried apricot

- Grounded biscuit

- Pistachio kernels

- 3 tablespoon of corn starch

- Dried roses

- Blossom water

 

Preparation:

- Heat milk in cooking pot

- Add starch, sugar powder and blossom water and stir well

- Leave the milk mixture until it is cold

- Prepare serving cups

- Put one layer of biscuits then milk mixture and dried apricot

- Put another layer of biscuit and milk mixture

- Decorate with pistachio and dried roses

- Enjoy
