- 1tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion
- Cook until the onion is soft
- 5 cups of water
- Chciken stock
- Leave until it boils
- Add chicken
- Pepper
- Cinnamon sticks
- leave it until cooking point
- Add Al douri Frikeh to cooked water
- Spoon the frikeh onto a large serving plate
- Place chicken on top
- Scatter the nuts
